So I managed to grade the invertebrate quiz...I will post grades later tonight and we'll review it tomorrow. Please check the portal soon and let me know of any errors.

Everyone did a great job writing on the quiz. Whether you are happy with the grade you receive or not, your writing is getting better!

Take a break tonight and ONLY complete the first side of the first page of the reading guide.

On to thermoregulation, or how living things control their body temperature. Remember, thermoregulators can be "warm" blooded OR "cold" blooded. Obviously birds or mammals like us maintain a warm body temperature regardless of our environment but snakes can be warm too, they just lay in the sun. Snakes thermoregulate by using behavior to seek out warm environments.

In other words, all thermoregulators do something to change their body temperature. Thermoconformors don't care.
